Hi, I am Christa Martien.

I am a photographer located in Fort Worth, TX. I have an artist's heart, and I am also a professional musician and middle school band director! I live at home in Fort Worth with my husband, 3-year-old daughter, and two dogs, and I teach about 150 students Monday-Friday. Needless to say, I have a ton of patience and I strive to create art daily.

I started my photography journey when my daughter was born because I fell in love with her newborn photos, and I thought it would be amazing if I could even get half the quality of photo that I received that day of our every day life. I practiced a lot, took some courses, and before I knew it, friends and family were reaching out to request sessions. Just like becoming a professional musician, my life pushed me in this direction. When I am passionate about something, I do it all the way and I don't stop.

I am forever learning, and forever creating. That is the beauty of art. I love to work with people, and I would love for the opportunity to capture the beauty of your life as well.
